These terms apply to the Liaomai IM inbox at https://chat.alexstudyhub.com. By signing in or connecting a Facebook Page, you agree to use the service only as a human customer-support tool.
The service
Staff receive conversations that people start with an authorized Facebook Page on Messenger, or with a website chat widget installed by the business. Staff may claim, assign, return, and reply within Meta’s messaging window. This product is not a bulk-messaging or lead-scraping tool.
Accounts
Access is limited to accounts created by the business. You must keep your password confidential and use only the Pages and conversations you are allowed to handle.
Acceptable use
- Reply to people who contacted the business.
- Do not send unsolicited promotional or spam messages.
- Do not attempt to collect Facebook user profiles beyond what is needed to reply.
- Do not interfere with other staff, the service, or Meta’s platform.
Meta Platform
Use of Messenger data is also subject to Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only process Page messaging data to operate this inbox for the authorizing business.
Availability
We aim to keep the inbox available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Facebook Page delivery depends on Meta’s APIs and the permissions granted to the app.
