Liaomai IM (“we”) operates the customer-support inbox at https://chat.alexstudyhub.com. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Who this service is for

The inbox is used by authorized staff of businesses that connect their Facebook Pages. End customers message those Pages on Messenger. Staff reply from this website. We also operate an optional website chat widget on landing pages that the business chooses to install.

Data we process

  • Facebook Page ID and Page name for Pages the business authorizes.
  • Messenger Page-scoped user IDs (PSID) and message IDs.
  • Message text and files that a person or an agent sends in a conversation.
  • Staff account data: username, display name, optional email or phone, role, and login session.
  • For website-widget visitors: a visitor identifier, source URL, IP address, and an approximate location derived from that IP.
  • Technical logs needed to keep the service running, such as connection time and delivery status.

How we use the data

We use this data only to:

  • show incoming Page conversations to authorized staff;
  • let staff claim, assign, return, and reply to those conversations;
  • send replies back to Messenger or the website widget;
  • keep an audit trail of who handled a conversation;
  • secure accounts and prevent abuse.

We use Meta Platform Data only to receive and send messages on Pages the business has authorized. We do not sell personal data. We do not use Messenger content for unrelated advertising. We do not send unsolicited promotional blasts through this product.

Sharing

Message content is visible to staff accounts that the business creates on this inbox. Delivery of Messenger replies uses Meta’s APIs. We do not share conversation content with other third parties except when required by law or to operate infrastructure that hosts this site.

Retention

Conversations stay in the inbox until the business deletes them or until we complete a valid deletion request. Login sessions expire. We do not keep Meta App secrets in the browser.

How to request deletion

Anyone whose data appears in this service can ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from a reachable address and tell us the Facebook Page name, conversation date, or staff username we should remove. We will delete the matching conversations, messages, and related identifiers from this service, unless a law requires us to keep a limited record of the request.
