Liaomai IM is a web inbox at https://chat.alexstudyhub.com. Business staff sign in with accounts we issue. When a person messages an authorized Facebook Page, the conversation can appear in a shared pool. An agent claims it and replies from the website. Replies are sent back to Messenger. The same inbox can also receive chats from a website widget.

What staff do

Log in with a work account (not public self-registration).
Open the conversation pool, their assigned chats, or the team view.
Claim a conversation, reply in text, or return it to the pool.
Managers can assign a conversation to another agent.

Facebook permissions we use

We request Page messaging permissions so the inbox can receive messages sent to the business Page and send a human reply. We use those permissions only for customer support on Pages the business authorized. We do not use them to message people who never contacted the Page, and we do not run marketing blasts.

How to try the inbox

Open https://chat.alexstudyhub.com and sign in with the test account provided in the App Review notes. Then send a Messenger message to the test Page from a second Facebook user. The conversation should appear in the pool so a staff user can claim it and reply.
